I travel quite a bit but never experienced anything like that. We practically had to beg to give us a late check out since they wasted an hour of our time on my dad’s birthday we had kids with us…. They were not very apologetic and kept blaming Expedia…įinally, they located the payment and gave us room keys. we had to wait another 30 minutes for the manager to resolve the issue…. However they were not able to find confirmation of payment for one of the rooms saying my credit card was declined… which was definitely NOT the case. We had 3 rooms booked in a new tower that we paid for 2 months in advance. Once we arrived we had to spend at least 30 minutes waiting in line to check in.
